The most common ranges on power inverters are 150 watts, 300 watts, 400 watts, 600 watts, 700 watts, 1000 watts, 1200 watts, 1750 watts, and 3000 watts. Power Inverters have a continuous watts rating, and a surge watts rating. Some power inverters also have a short time power rating, usually this rating on power inverters falls between the continuous rating and the surge rating.
