To charge your EverLite portable lamp when there is no sunlight, plug your EverLite lamp base into the wall plug charger overnight.  This will provide a full charge if the battery is in a fully-discharged condition.

This charger will not overcharge the battery in your EverLite lamp base no matter how long it it plugged in.
