Car power has changed many lives for the better since the introduction of portable power units and power inverters. Now anyone can watch TV, operate their laptop for hours on end, vacuum their car, or even bring power to camp sites with inverters and portable power units. Where originally consumers were limited to 1-2 12V items in their car at once, if any, now you can have a multitude of AC outlets running at once, provided you have to battery power to back it up. Car power units have been in an evolving field and are continuing to grow in power, while shrinking in size. I feel that anyone who likes to use AC appliances anywhere, at anytime could get an immense amount of use from having power in their car. What possibilities could you imagine by having power in your car?
